Recently got my Benz GLE-350 from Mercedes-Benz of Morristown. Unlike other car dealers, this was Great experience. Sales person was so helpful in answering all our questions without showing any sign of frustration and very knowledgeable. I got the car and three months, pick-up experience was awesome. I was in & out from shop within 2-hrs after all paper works.

The experience was really great. Bonnie was an excellent salesperson and her help was greatly appreciated in facilitating the purchase or my husband's new vehicle. And also Dave, the financial person, was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Morristown if you are interested in purchasing a new or used car.

This dealership has a good service department, always courteous and will make sure all service and repair needs are performed properly, or they will make it right. My service advisor, Alex Marshall, is excellent. Extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes vehicles and service/repair requirements.

If I have to sum up my experience I would say; white gloves from beginning to end. Formerly a GLE350 driver, I was looking for GLE450 and was particular about color. I worked with Lauren Martinez who went above and beyond! I had one of the best experiences ever shopping for another Mercedes Benz. I decided to buy instead of lease this time around and was helped by Natacha. She was wonderful to work with. Very helpful, responsive and in one visit, I purchased my new vehicle. I have bought 3 Mercedes in the past three years from three NJ area Mercedes-Benz dealerships and I will only be using Mercedes-Benz of Morristown going forward. Everything about the experience was outstanding from the sales person, to interacting with management, to the business and finance person, to service. Everyone was professional, knowledgable, polite, very helpful, and did not try to pressure us into getting something but rather let us move through the process at our own pace.

I went for installing new tyres, and was very satisfied with the service I got - ranging from the prices of the tyres to the manner with which staff interacted with me. I got a shuttle drop-off and pick-up, which was super convenient. Overall, I am pleased with the service I received.

Amazing experience at Morristown Mercedes. My E450 was towed in with a flat tire and Paul In the service department Took care of everything, including delivering my car to my home due to my husband being in the hospital.
