How to renew your Mercedes Me Subscription using the Mobile App

1. Log into Your Mercedes Me Account Via Mobile App:

    1. Open the Mercedes Me app on your smartphone.
    2. Log in with your username and password. If you haven't registered, you'll need to create an account.

2. Navigate to Your Subscription Settings

  • Via Mobile App:
    1. After logging in, tap on the ‘Account’ or ‘Subscriptions’ tab in the app.
    2. Locate and select the "Manage Subscriptions" or similar option to view your current subscriptions.

3. Check Subscription Status

  • You should be able to see the status of your current subscription, including the expiration date, and available services.
  • If your subscription is expired, there will typically be a button or option to Renew.

4. Select the Services to Renew
